I Wish I Could Wear Dresses

”I wish I could wear dresses.” If only I had a dollar for every time I was told that, I would’ve had a Tesla Model S by now! ‘They just don’t look right on me,I don’t look good in dresses or I’m not girly/feminine enough’ are common complaints I hear the most.

Dont get frustrated, I tried on many different types, just as you would, if you were trying on different jeans or pants in the dressing room. Our bodies are all made differently and with a little experimenting, you can find a dress style that will suit you. There are so many types of styles, A-line, Body con, maxi, etc. Not every style flatters me either, there was a lot of trial and error. There is a dress type for everyone’s shape and size. Once you find the ones that flatter you, incorporate that in your own personal style. The result: a whole new world of dresses has just opened up for you.

You certainly don’t have to be “girly” or feminine enough to wear dresses. Wear what brings you comfort in your lifestyle. Casual, t-shirt style dresses are good options. If you are wishing that you could wear dresses/ skirts- just wear it!
